All About Delivery

Fridges:

Standard Delivery (5-8 working days for in stock items) is included in the price of all Lec Medical, Labcold and CoolMed Fridges. All Liebherr units have a delivery charge of £50 per unit.  Haier Biomedical Fridges have variable delivery charges shown in the order process. If the fridge you order is out of stock at the warehouse, we will contact you to advise of this and give an estimated delivery date.

Fridges must be examined upon delivery and any damage or shortages reported immediately on 0114 275 6642. Fridges are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is to the main entrance of your premises or a goods-in area.

Other Items:

All other items are sent by trackable courier service. Items will normally arrive within three working days in England, Wales and Scotland but may take an additional 1-2 days to reach Northern Ireland. The cost for this service is £15 ex VAT. Orders received by 3pm are usually shipped within 48 hours if the item is in stock. All deliveries require a signature. Any damage or shortages must be reported immediately on 0114 275 6642.
