All About Delivery
Fridges:
Standard Delivery (5-15 working days) is included in the price of all fridges unless otherwise stated. If you require a fridge more urgently, please give us a ring on 0114 275 6642 as we have a number of fridges available for next day delivery. Even if we don't have the exact model you require, we can usually supply an equivalent. Next day delivery carries an additional charge.
Fridges must be examined upon delivery and any damage or shortages reported immediately on 0114 275 6642. Fridges are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is to the main entrance of your premises or a goods-in area.
Other Items
All other items are sent by trackable courier service. Items will normally arrive the next working day in England, Wales and Scotland but may take 2-3 days to reach Northern Ireland. The cost for this service is £9.50 ex VAT for deliveries within England and Wales, £15.00 for deliveries within Scotland and £20 for Northern Ireland. Orders received by 12 noon are usually sent the same day if the item is in stock. All deliveries require a signature. Any damage or shortages must be reported immediately on 0114 275 6642.
