All About Delivery

Fridges:

Standard Delivery (5-8 working days for in stock items) is included in the price of all Lec Medical, Labcold and Shoreline Fridges. All Liebherr units have a delivery charge of £30 per unit. If the fridge you order is out of stock at the warehouse, we will contact you to advise of this and give an estimated delivery date.

Fridges must be examined upon delivery and any damage or shortages reported immediately on 0114 275 6642. Fridges are delivered by courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is to the main entrance of your premises or a goods-in area.

Other Items:

All other items are sent by trackable courier service. Items will normally arrive within three working days in England, Wales and Scotland but may take an additional 1-2 days to reach Northern Ireland. The cost for this service is £9.50 ex VAT for deliveries within England and Wales and £15.00 ex VAT for deliveries within Scotland and Northern Ireland. Orders received by 3pm are usually shipped the next day if the item is in stock. All deliveries require a signature. Any damage or shortages must be reported immediately on 0114 275 6642.
